Being bored is a huge trigger for me, I realize that I need to be in meetings more often and I started to do zoom meetings and am really enjoying just sitting in on the meetings. I need to figure out what makes me happy and start to get into some hobbies and find things to spend my time doing. I decided to make a list of things that i can spend my time doing:

  • I can work on my website
  • I can do my workout
  • I can Journal and do writing
  • I can write poetry
  • I can go for walks
  • I can work on my agenda for the week
  • I can try to start some new projects
  • I can go to zoom meetings
  • I can do yoga
  • I can talk to sober support people
